Have been categorised as punk quite often, and that pleases me immensely. I believe it allows me to take creative risks and push boundaries - in order to adapt to change one needs to break with old habits.
Florals are an intriguing medium, the varieties and textures are pretty much endless. The short life span of a cut flower is attractive as well, they’re here for a short while and a good time.
My day to day consists of a continuous stream of installations, shop windows, events, art projects, weekly deliveries to mainly clients from the fashion scene, stage/set designs and collaborations.
Not to mention the shop that is open to the public Wednesday though Sunday year round. It's a beautiful space, both brutal and polished - anything I place in it gets elevated immediately. Kind of wish I could live there...
